Supermini and Mini with Diamond cutting edges

Diamond-tipped Supermini and Mini Tools are an addition to the product range that Horn Cutting Tools offers for Machining bores.

The tools are used for Boring, Profiling and Grooving when working with aluminium, Sintered Carbide, Ceramics or Plastics.

They are also used for machining non-ferrous materials which are either highly abrasive due to their silicon content or have a tendency to exhibit chipping problem and form built-up edges.

The chip breaker geometry which has been specially developed for this purpose solves virtually all machining problems caused by uncontrolled stringy swarf.
